Marissa's Wedding

I made a whole bunch of posts today so scroll down and check them all out. This one is especially exciting because Marissa got married!

She was a stunning bride and we are so happy for her and Jonathan!

Hunter's First Cupcake

We gave Hunter his first cupcake to try to help him get excited about other food besides the baby food he eats all the time.
He smushed it and rubbed it every where
But when he tasted it... he did not like it and then gagged it up.
We gave him a bath in the sink and he loves to suck on the wash rag.
Baths make him happy, unlike the cupcake.

Then we gave him his baby food
Which he loved. Who would have thought my baby would love his fruits and veggies more than a cupcake with chocolate frosting!
Here are just some cute pics of my boy and a box I finally emptied.

Nauvoo Trip

Here is Hunter on his first airplane ride. He did well, but it was hard to keep him occupied.
One of our first stops was Liberty Jail in Missouri
Far West, Missouri

Hunter was teething about 1/3 of the trip. Poor guy! He broke his first tooth the night we got home and then his second tooth came a couple days later.

The Nauvoo Temple! I love this temple!

A cute picture of my boy when he wasn't teething!

Joseph, Hyrum, and Emma's Grave

The first duplex in Nauvoo. This was actually a funny story because the families who lived there each had a ton of kids and the town wondered way in the world they would live next to each other since it would be so crazy and noisy with the children.

We were waiting for a wagon ride

One of my favorite buildings. It was the Seventies Hall. This is thought of as the first MTC.

Those who were called on missions would meet inside and get trained. I thought it was an awesome building.

A statue of Joseph and Hyrum in front of Carthage Jail

This is the room that Joseph and Hyrum were attacked in.
Joseph fell out the window on the left.

50th Wedding Anniversary

I am finally catching up on all the activties that have gone on this summer. In May we went to Arizona for my Grandma and Papa Hansen's 50th Wedding Anniversary. It was a great trip and Hunter was amazing! We drove in the car atleast 22 hours the whole trip and I think he only cried about 15-20 minutes the whole time. I am blessed to have such a happy and content baby!

Here is Chuck and Hunter getting ready to go swimming at my Uncle Myron's house near Pheonix.
Hunter fell asleep in the pool. He actually tried to eat the plastic toy on the floaty while he was asleep too. It was so funny!

My Grandma and Papa Hansen. Happy Anniversary!

Here is the Hansen Family minus Hunter who was taking a nap.

Hunter and Lincoln watching Baby Einstein. Hunter LOVES Baby Einstein!

Hunter with his Great Grandparents

In Flagstaff we took Hunter to see his Great Grandpa and Grandma McGuire. It was also Memorial Day so we needed to go. They haven't finished my Grandma McGuire's info on the headstone though.

The Mesa Temple

Our little family at the temple. It was a great trip!

My Boys

I know I need to catch up on the trips we have been on the last two weeks, but I wanted to post my favorite picture from our trip to Nauvoo. This was taken at Adam-ondi-Ohmen in Missouri. I am so thankful that I was able to capture this moment on camera. I just love my boys!
