I thought I'd post this recipe for those who were willing to try something new. My mom came upon it the other day and shared it with me. They are delicious!
1 cup flour
1 tbs. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbs. sugar
1 cup + 2 tbs. milk (plus extra if needed to thin)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbs. oil
Whisk dry ingredients. Slowly mix in other ingredients. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then make your pancakes! :)

This year we celebrated Thanksgiving with the Voorhees family. It was a fun day filled with good food, card games, volleyball, and basketball. It was a blast! Hunter had a great day sleeping, having diaper explosions and spitting up everywhere. On Saturday, we had what I call "Fake Thanksgiving" with the McGuire family. My aunt and uncle came with their young kids and so did Holly and Steve. Once again, great company, good food, card games, diaper explosions, spit up, etc.
What a wonderful weekend!
Here is Hunter in his Thanksgiving outfit.

Chuck and I were able to go on our first date with out Hunter last weekend. I talked Chuck into going to Disney on Ice with me. It was so fun and it was nice to spend time with my hubby. Chuck's family watched Hunter and had a blast. I'm grateful to have people who don't mind baby sitting that live so close. Hunter is going to get his 2nd baby sitting experience tonight so that Chuck and I can go to the temple. Back to Disney on Ice... we saw many of our Disney friends from Aladin, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Pocahontas, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Lion King, Toy Story, and Pinocchio. The whole row in front of us was taken by High Schoolers who were going to their Sadie Hawkins Dance. Each couple had decorated t-shirts of Disney couples (Aladin & Jasmine, Belle & Beast, etc.) They were really creative and fun to watch. However, the most enjoyable thing to see was the smiles and excitement on all the little children's faces. Next time Disney on Ice is in town, I urge all of you to see it!

We were able to make it to Arizona for my Grandma McGuire's funeral. It was a beautiful service and a definite celebration of life. It was so nice to spend a week in Arizona with family and friends. My brother Troy, his wife Stephanie, and their baby Eli were able to fly from Georgia. It was so nice to have the family all together again!
